The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@veni.org. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days.
When you write in, tell us your name, the phone number on your account, and — if it’s about a specific event — the event name. That helps us find you quickly.
Getting started
Veni is a community app for discovering and hosting faith and spiritual gatherings across traditions, such as prayer, meals, study, and walks. Browse events near you on the map, request to join the ones you like, and the host approves your spot.
You sign in with your phone number: enter it, then the one-time code we text you. No password to remember.
Hosting & joining
To join an event, open it and tap to request a spot. Your exact location is never shared with hosts or other guests until a host approves you — until then you only show as roughly nearby.
To host, tap Add to create an event: set the date, place, photos, and details. You approve each request, so you stay in control of who attends.
Payments
Some hosts charge for their in-person events. Payments are handled securely through Stripe; Veni does not store your card details. If a charge looks wrong, contact the host first, then email us if it isn’t resolved.
If you host, connect a Stripe account from Profile → Payments. Guests cover the service fee, so you receive the amount you asked for. Your money is sent to that Stripe account 24 hours after the gathering ends, and Stripe pays it out to your bank.
Your account & data
You can edit your profile, manage friends, and block or report people from inside the app. To delete your account and personal data, go to Profile → Account; deletion is permanent.
